Chateau Mortgage was formed in Telluride, Colorado in 2000 by Dan James. Dan has 30 years of financial experience. Prior to forming Chateau Mortgage, LLC, Dan managed the Norwest Mortgage Telluride office, which became Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in the year 2000. Dan opened the office for Norwest Mortgage in 1997. While at Norwest, he won several service awards. He has continued the same Great Service approach at Chateau Mortgage.
